Since the Afghan War began two decades ago, four presidential administrations have worked to bring our troops back home. For years, I've supported a strong, strategic withdrawal plan to end America's longest war, but what we are witnessing is anything but.

They cut off questions from Members leaving us with few or no answers.

Prior to this trip, we had seen it largely only on television and in the news, but witnessing the humanitarian, public health, and safety crises for ourselves gave us new perspective and insight into how to best protect and serve our communities in Putnam County.

The committee also incorporated changes to the bill's language to ensure all Florida and Louisiana cane farmers are covered by the program.
