WASHINGTON, D.C. — Congresswoman Kat Cammack's language to prohibit funds from being used to finalize any rule or regulation resulting in an annual effect on the economy of $100 million or more passed in the Energy and Water Development and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2024.  

The amendment would restrict funds at the Department of Energy and related agencies from being used to finalize any rules or regulations with a $100M+ price tag.

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Today, Rep. Cammack led a press conference for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. 

As a co-chair of the Congressional Bipartisan Women's Caucus, Rep. Cammack convened over a dozen lawmakers for press conference recognizing October as National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The speakers discussed the importance of screenings for women in at-risk categories and over the age of 40. 

Breast cancer accounts for nearly one-third of new cancer diagnoses for American women, for a total of 240,000+ new cases each year.
